Ice Dam Company heat cable roof clips secure all brands of ice dam heat cable on asphalt shingles and standing seam metal roofs.
Clips can be installed using roofing adhesive or roofing nails. The multiple holes through each clip increase adhesive bonding strength between two layers of asphalt shingles. IDC’s clips stay in place– glued to the underside of the top layer and topside of the bottom layer of shingles– despite the shedding of asphalt granules over time.
