OVERVIEW

FrostGuard plug-in heating cables are designed for residential and commercial roof & gutter de-icing and pipe heat trace cable applications. FrostGuard plug-in heating cables are designed for various roofing materials as well as being suitable for heat trace cable installations for pipe freeze protection of water pipes. Standard 120 volt plugin heat cable is available in 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 50, 75, and 100 foot lengths.

Factory assembled with a 48-inch power cord and three-prong plug, each cable can connect to any grounded GFI receptacle. Installation is easy as the cable’s self-regulating feature allows the heating cable to be overlapped across itself without risk of overheating and/or burnout.

• Suitable for roof & gutter de-icing applications on shingle, metal, plastic, tar, wood roofs and metal or plastic pipes up to 6″ for pipe heat tracing applications
